STEVEN T. WILLIAMS

As a civil trial lawyer, Mr. Williams has successfully represented a wide variety of clients in complex civil litigation and business matters in both federal and state courts, as well as before administrative agencies. Attorney Williams represents clients in personal injury and wrongful death claims including automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents (he is an experienced rider), trucking accidents, slip-and-falls, boating and maritime claims and insurance coverage disputes. He has significant experience with design, manufacturing and warning claims against the suppliers of personal, industrial and recreational products (including watercraft), as well as claims involving design professionals, contractors/subcontractors and owners in construction litigation. Attorney Williams is well versed in both federal and state laws pertaining to firearms, and has been consulted by both the private and public sectors for his expertise.

Attorney Williams has extensive experience as a trusted advisor and vigorous advocate for all aspects of the restaurant and bar industry, including liquor licensing. He routinely represents clients in business formation and governance, business and partnership disputes, contracts, and commercial and residential real estate matters. He provides advice to clients in crisis management, including planning and implementation of crisis-avoidance strategies, and assists in conducting internal investigations regarding corporate compliance that is aligned with the client’s business objectives.

Michael-M-Stitt

MICHAEL M. STITT

Attorney Michael M. Stitt graduated from Penn State University in 2009 and earned a J.D. from Ohio Northern University in 2012. He served as a legal assistant for Attorney Waldron with research and writing while attending law school full-time. He began his legal career working as an intern prosecutor in Lima, Ohio Municipal Court before coming back to Pennsylvania to work for Huber, Waldron and Williams, LLP. Attorney Stitt concentrates his practice on criminal law and has practiced in Berks, Bucks, Carbon, Lehigh, Montgomery, Monroe, and Northampton County. He also represents professional practitioners for collateral consequences before their respective licensing boards in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
